1. Upload Your Artwork at Checkout — Preferred formats: .ai or .png. Low-quality images or artwork requiring modifications may result in additional charges.
2. Receive Your Digital Proof — We'll email you a digital proof within 48 hours of receiving your artwork. No production begins until you give the thumbs up.
3. Approve & We Ship — Once your proof is approved and payment is complete, most items ship within 5 business days. Items that need to be specially ordered may require additional lead time — we'll reach out with an accurate estimate before proceeding.
