  3. Approve & We Get to Work — Once you approve the proof and payment is complete, most orders ship within 5 business days. Large or specialty orders may take longer — we'll always give you an honest timeline up front.

Artwork Guidelines

  • Preferred formats: .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or high-resolution .png
  • Resolution: 300 DPI or higher recommended for best results
  • Low-quality images or artwork requiring significant modifications may result in additional design charges — when in doubt, send us what you have and we'll let you know
