We cut our own stock.

Tortuga Girl is a working custom shop — CNC, laser, UV, and DTF, running every day for our own hat and apparel line. The Blanks line opens that same production up to other makers: raw leatherette and acrylic blanks, cut to size, so you can print and press without sourcing your own sheet stock.

We're not a warehouse reselling someone else's catalog. If we don't stock the shape you need, we cut it.

Custom Cut

Send us your file — SVG, AI, or DXF — and we'll cut it. Minimum order 25 pieces. Acrylic (clear, colored, mirror), leatherette, and wood.
