Digital Jig file

$9.99 $6.00

Digital Jig file for galvo and flatbed.
Turntable jigs for galvo lasers include business card, pens, keychains and more.
Flatbed jigs for laser or Uv printers for rfid blocking wallets, pens, business cards, keychains and more.

Please note this are digital files only. Price is per jig file/ style.

Simple instructions are included to specify the best material thickness and setup.

I recommend 1/4 and 1/8 inch acrylic in 12x12” size for the rotary style and the flatbed. We can format for 12x24 flatbed or larger if anyone is interested.

The Galvo files are designed to be used with a rotary that can be turned vertically and use repeat marking feature in Lightburn. YouTube has some great instructions on this process.

These are designed in Lightburn and I will include the Lightburn file as well as a svg file and simple instructions.
I have created outlines that you can load into your design software to quickly and precisely place your designs.
